CareChosen is an introduction service only. We do not run background checks, handle hiring paperwork, or employ caregivers, and we never hold or assign them. Every check — references, background screening, eligibility to work, and the hiring decision itself — is 100% your agency's responsibility.
Agency sign-in
Enter your license number and the email the state has on file for your agency. If your listing claim is approved, we email a sign-in link to that address — controlling that inbox is what proves the agency is yours.
